Dissolves instantly, no taste, easy to work with. Very easy to scoop and put into a cup. Anyone complaining about the texture of this pure product has me confused (i saw a lot of complaints about it being powdery before purchasing). Yeah, it's powdery...it's a single-ingedient product. If you don't want a powder, buy capsules or creatine mixed with something else. Very happy with this - so easy to mix in cold or hot water. Anything that's easy to take is likely to stay in my routine, and since consistency is key for creatine, this will be a new staple. This brand is more expensive than others... I'm sure you could find the same quality in a cheaper brand. I'm personally paranoid about some other brands because i don't want PEDs or fillers sneaking their way into my creatine (it can be hard to trust cheap white-powder products lol), but if you aren't as paranoid as i am, then I'm sure other brands are similar.

Pretty straightforward; creatine. I wanted to get away from other brands, such as Optimum, who i thought had really good and safe quality. Turns out, you need to dig a bit deeper and good branding isn't everything. I like that Thorne has so much research behind it and they are no frills. Their stuff is more expensive, but it's worth it in the long run, because why buy shitty, cheap supplements if your diet and training are dialed in?
