Product does what it should, that's why I ordered it. My problem is with the shipping. Amazon shipped in crappy plastic bag. Box got crushed during shipping. Product spilled inside packaging. Unable to return product or ask for replacement. I now have to get a container to salvage what's left of the product. Buy the product from local vendor. Do not trust Amazon to ship!

I saw a video about mixing 1 part borax, 1 part powdered sugar, and a little boiling water (to dissolve them together) so that’s what I did. Then I poured it into a plastic cup that I cut up to be able to attach to a tree with string wrapped around the tree. I checked two days later and the cup is filled with big black ants.
