I waited too long to buy an air fryer!
I bought this air fryer because it was the top recommendation by America's Test Kitchen. I trust their methodology. I was going to get an Instant Pot with an air fryer lid, but ATK and some other reviewers said the air fryer didn't function well enough to be quite useful. I still plan on getting a Instant Pot. I like that it's big enough to make a meal with leftovers. It says it will feed 4. There are 2 of us and depending on the bulk of the meal, we can easily get 2-3 days' supper from the basket. Last night, I made 12 oz of shrimp into coconut shrimp and we have enough for at least another supper and a lunch. The basket was a little crowded, but not full by any means. I also made a 12 oz bag sweet potato fries. The basket was not at all crowded. Do be aware that the edges of the basket cook faster than the middle. Be sure to stir and flip when it says to. I plan on using this to my advantage by putting things that cook quickly in the middle and things that need to be crispy or that cook more slowly around the edges. That way, I can cook 2 things at once. I've found a few dishes and pans around the kitchen that fit inside. Also, the broiler pan for my old toaster oven (no pic.) I only have 2 regrets: 1. I have a wish I'd bought one sooner. 2. I wish I'd had the funds and the space to get an Omni Plus oven and a 10-in-1 Instant Pot Pro multi-cooker (also an ATK top pick.)

I was in the market for a larger capacity airfryer and the “Insta Vortex” was one of the highest rated after I researched and read reviews across several sites.
I previously had owned a Philips airfryer that was highly rated as well. So I was somewhat on the fence about switching brands. I did ultimately decide to give the “Instant” a try when a limited time price drop came along. Well I am happy to share that so far it has been worth it. This airfryer is worthy of all the good reviews it has. Here are several of the features I love. The fan is incredibly quiet when compared to my older af, cooking capacity is awesome(I can cook four smaller chicken breasts at a time), the interior light and viewing window are something I didn’t realize I wanted or needed, audible chime alerts which are pleasant and helpful, clean-ability of the basket/tray and odor filter are some of the features I am enjoying so far. I have yet to try all of the cooking options it has, but I am confident that they will not disappoint. So if you are in the market for a quality airfryer I would highly recommend the Instant Vortex Plus 6QT Air Fryer with Odor Erase Technology, 6-in-1 Functions that Crisps, Roasts, Broils, Dehydrates, Bakes & Reheats.
