The dressing was sooooo thick, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to shake it out of the bottle. I had to add olive oil to dilute it and still it’s a nightmare. Sometimes it feels like the founders of these things do not test their own product. It has mayonnaise consistency, so a jar would work MUCH better. Def not buying again despite good taste.

This is THE BEST dressing ever! (For reference, Iv only tried the Caesar version). I cut dairy out of my diet about 4-5 years ago, so I am quite comfortable not consuming creamy products. That being said, this is the best vegan Caesar dressing Iv ever had. For the longest time I only consumed vinaigrette dressings or olive oil on salad. When my roommate introduced this to me....my immediate reaction was that it tastes exactly how I remember Caesar dressing tasting, perhaps a tad more “vinegar-y”, but that’s a win-win for me since I’m a huge fan of vinegar-y tasting things. For anyone who is ~already~ health-conscious and eats well, this will be the perfect Caesar dressing for you. Tastes delicious and hits home.
