Unacceptable service
The rug was mailed without any sort of plastic wrap which is completely unacceptable. Delivered dirty with the tape ripping. When I purchased it was supposed to take a week, I ended up waiting about 2 months for this only to have them send me the WRONG color. So disappointing. I ordered the pale blue and this is clearly the gray. The yellows in this rug are bright and look puke colored. It's also very flimsy and I can tell it's one of those rugs that will never lay down completely flat.

Was so excited for this rug but when I rolled it out . It came with a bunch of stains all over the rug . Or maybe the rug is just like that but it looks dirty . Different from the picture . Also the quality is not great . As you can tell from the pictures the seems at the end are way off . For a rug that’s 400 you would think it would arrive not damaged and quality would be better . They must be selling bad productions ones on Amazon and others on the other sites since Amazon ones are much cheaper .

The rug is lovely and has a nubby texture which was very appealing and has an antique vibe. No discoloration was noted as I read in other reviews. The price for the size of a 9x12 was a good value for under $400.00.
