Why was my cost for this book in the US 2599 which is posted on the leaf of the book and that is the Canadian cost and the US cost was 1999 and the same addition of the book which is the 30th anniversary is less than that. Please respond. The title of the book is wherever you go there you are by John Cabot Zinn.

Perfect for people (like me) who struggle to keep up with meditation and self-care/self-help books. You can just do one exercise a day, they're quick to read, simple to implement, and you make real progress. Everyone should have a copy of this!

For someone not acquainted with mindfulness principles at all, this was a very good introduction. Somehow it manages to give a lot of instruction, without actually telling people exactly how to do things. I like that the author by now means seems to indicate that ther is one right path, or one right way of doing things. He also seems to project the message that even though meditation works for him, it might not work for everyone.
For me this was an inspiration to stop very once in a while and just take a deep breath.

I did my first meditation retreat in 2008. What I think about meditation changed a lot throughout the years. This change was due to experiencing different techniques, reading books and talks with other meditators throughout the years.
If you are hurry to know more about meditation in a shorter time, you better read this book.
