Nice little Camping Lantern!
We like to do a bit of camping in the summer time and live in the mountains so with storms we loose power from time to time, so when this came available through the Vine Program I jumped at the opportunity to try this lantern out.This is a fairly small light as far as size. However for lighting a tent or a very small area this works well.The caging prevents any damage to the light if you drop it or pack it for travel. I feel this is a positive aspect.This does charge via solar panel or via USB, and in testing this out the solar power system does work when you're without any power source.The battery is pretty small, and the running time on this light is only a couple hours so that means if that's not acceptable to you then you'll need to buy two instead of just one.There is an SOS flashing light mode, however, you can turn on and off the light without having to see that mode after getting to the light mode you want so for people who have epilepsy this is likely a good thing.All in all, this isn't a bad light for the price, although a camping light with a larger battery can be had for less money, the cage along, the hanging clip and with the aesthetic of this light I'd almost call this a wash.It really depends on what features are most important to you. This light does everything it's advertised to do and all the features are super handy to have and I love the fact it can be hung easily so for me I have to say that if I had bought this I wouldn't be at all disappointed in the light, though be warned the battery is smaller than others out there in this price range.I will give this 4 stars all things considered.

This is the type of light everyone should keep on hand in their car or in an easy to access spot for emergencies, though it’s also a great light for camping. It has lots of different settings for bright and low bluish, standard, and warm light. Plus it has an emergency flashing red light mode that I immediately thought would be useful if your car breaks down on the road at night and you need an emergency light to signal to other drivers that your car is stopped. For emergency purposes the battery that powers the light can also be used as a power bank/charger; it should take about a day of charging in the sun to get a reasonable amount of power for charging. I can see this being helpful if you’re doing backwoods camping and need to charge a hiking GPS system or if you get stranded somewhere and need to charge your phone.
Operationally, this light works phenomenally. It’s quick to respond to clicks to change the tone and brightness of the light. The light is steady. It can also be charged with an included USB cord instead of the solar panel if you want to regularly use the light or power bank at home. I also like the style of this more than the last camping light I purchased. Highly recommended.
