Beautiful affirmation deck broken into 5 categories! I admire how these cards have an affirmation but ALSO an action based 3 step thought process to practice mindfulness once saying the affirmation. It’s extremely helpful when analyzing one self & self reflecting. Pulling one of these cards in the morning while sipping some tea and reflecting on it is a beautiful way to start a day. I HIGHLY recommend this deck to anybody, even beginners. I also appreciate that this deck leaves religious talk out of it- making it applying to anybody no matter what walk or faith one may live & lead. This deck is for anybody who craves peace of mind . 💚💚💚 THANK YOU!
