Although the packaging seems small when you first receive it, the AVJONE pack actually contains a lot of patches and the two patch sizes work for most zits. I did not really find a need for a different size.Overall, these are high quality patches that are effective. I found them best at pulling out gunk from mature zits that had come to a head. They also do help to slightly calm and reduce zits that are coming up.The night patches contain more medication than the day patches and work a little better.My main issue with these patches was the adhesion. The corners start to peel off quite quickly, even if the middle part sticks. A few have also come off altogether in the middle of the night while sleeping. The day patches also have the same adhesion problem, so although the product claims that they will “blend seamlessly with the skin”, they do not. They are not particularly invisible either and are noticeable when worn - even before the edges start to lift off (sometimes within the hour).Another thing to note is that unlike a lot of other patches, they are not stuck on a backing that tears down the middle. You have to peel the patch off the backing with your finger or nail. This sometimes results in one of the edges getting creased or slightly stuck together, and so, the patch does not lie completely flat on the face along that edge.I will use these patches at home for the effectiveness but due to the adhesion issues and lack of invisibility, I don’t feel that they are suitable for wearing when there are other people around.

These seem similar (both the packaging and product) to a pricier name brand I've bought in the stores. I use the smaller dots for small blemishes or zits, but the larger patches like this are good for covering a bigger breakout area. Sometimes I get a breakout across my chin or forehead so it's nice to apply one patch to cover an area rather than several little dots.
