Even though it was well-packed, it arrived with some metal scratches/dings at the top of the unit (see photos). Looks more like a manufacturing defect than damage in transit. It's quite small and pretty light – I forgot to take a photo before I removed it, but the unit doesn't have enough weight to straighten out its own electrical cord as it hangs. It ships coiled, so you will have to find a way to get it straight on your own. It's pretty easy to adjust the cord length, although the screw that allows you to move the cord is plastic and feels very cheap (see photo) so I am worried about its durability.
Overall you could do worse for a cheap pendant light, but there are better options out there for a little more money.
