I've been really trying to stay healthy and cut out the processed oils. I've read a lot of good things about avocado mayonnaise, so I thought I would give it a try. I looked forward to having my first grilled sourdough Burger and decided to be a little generous with the mayonnaise portion. I wasn't disappointed with the taste.In the past I have tried other variations of mayonnaise and they always seem really vinegary to me or off on the flavor I'm expecting. This has a very smooth taste with a little hint of an egg salad sandwich off the bat. And as I read the ingredients, it did have a little bit of mustard listed as an ingredient. That's what gave it that immediate taste of an egg salad dressing. Needless to say I am very happy with the flavor and I'm looking forward to the continued purchasing of avocado mayonnaise!
