I purchased a medium for husband for a Christmas family dinner where we all had to wear white shirts. I didn’t want to do a plain white shirt, this shirt was very fashionable. I could have went a size down as we like fitted clothing but he loved it & looked good in it. He’s 6’1 & 209lbs
