This is actually thicker than the Credo queso, and an interesting salmon color. The taste is magnificent tho, and the consistency is great for queso. If I could have my way, I would combine this with Credo's version and have the best tasting dairy free queso ever made.

You have a great product but 1 out of every 4 comes moldy. The sell by date is not expired on any of the moldy ones I’ve received which is scary. If they fix this and offer bigger sizes they will continue to dominate the vegan market.
