Directions

Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and will absorb quickly. You may see white residue form around the applied areas; this is just leftover salt that can be wiped off. For a foot soak add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and avoid sensitive areas.

Had heard really good things about topical magnesium and how it can help you sleep better. Decided to give it a try as I can't remember the last time I slept through the night. I spray it on the bottom and tops of my feet before bed. It does have an oily feel, but quickly absorbs into the skin. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but do feel like I am sleeping deeper. I did notice that my feet are starting to peel on the bottom after using this nightly for the past month.

The product arrived quickly. It sprays on fairly easy as long as you do it at the right angle. I pulled a muscle could barely walk, and it did provide a considerable amount of relief within 30 minutes of spraying on my body. As to whether this is a placebo effect or not, I’m not sure. I’ll keep you posted. But so far no complaints.

As other reviewers have said, the first couple of days/weeks it will burn! It might help to spray it on your feet at night so you can build up your levels. But regardless of the burn, it works wonders! I havent used deodarant since November 25th. It is now April 16th! To be fair, I am not a sweaty person, but I do tend to stink. This has eliminated my need for anything else.

This definitely helps in the area of relaxation or getting better sleep. It has two drawbacks for me. It is sticky when sprayed on the skin. Not super bad but sticky enough. There's also times where I've sprayed it on and had some itching. Overall not too bad but I might go with a lotion to see if I can avoid the drawbacks of this product.

Eventually I started to get a bad burning sensation under my feet and nothing could calm it. My feet ended up peeling skin and being raw underneath for a few days. I have been deodorant free for several months now and I’ve been trying to find the best solution for me and this has done the trick! I found the tip on a post on Facebook where someone used this spray to combat BO and now after using it every few days for the past couple of weeks, I love it! It took a while to get used to and it does burn a bit for a few mins (especially if I shave - don’t use it right after shaving!), but the stinging goes away quickly. Please do your own research and talk to your doctor to see if this could work for you.
