Muscle Gyoza is great. If you plan to buy it, don't expect a much savory, tasty gyoza you try at the restaurants. This gyoza is for those that diet or workout. It doesn't have unnecessary sugar or salt as most gyoza has but it's still tasty in its own natural way. You can boil it in water or cook in a pan with oil and then enjoy by itself or with soy sauce and vinegar. Another good thing about this gyoza is that it fills you up well and doesn't have too many calories just right for diets. I highly recommend it as I have said for dieters and body builders.
