Easy set up, great camera quality, Pan/Tilt via app while your on the move
I have both this newer model Tapo (TC70) and the older Tapo (C200(EU))They both have AU power point plugs.I will write about both as they are nearly identical in every way that I can see Except that i think the older model camera is slightly better, it seems a little brighter and slightly better clarity. They are both fantastic to watch my dogs while i go shopping, i can check on them when ever i need to, the peace of mind is priceless so to spend $40-$50 on a camera to have this is amazing. I have one in the bedroom and one in the loungeroom.Once you get them download the Tap app (I am not a tech person at all and it was pretty easy for me) Place them where you like (they are corded so you need to plug them into a power point) They are wifi which means they will talk to your router (internet) wirelessly, that Does Not mean they are wireless for electricity, you still have to plug them into a power point, no they do not take batteries. You will need your internet password to link them up to your wifi. They can both "pan and tilt" while you are away from home by doing this in the Tapo app (which will be on your mobile phone).I have included pictures, see the Pan/Tilt and the circle with the arrows? that lets you go up and down, side to side. Make sure you play with this setting before you leave the house so you can set it up to pan and tilt to all areas that you would like to check when your not home.I set it up so i can see as much of the floor space as possible to see my dogs. remembering to think of where they will be laying when your not home, usually the doors and windows as they will be waiting and watching for you most of the time (awwww, broken heart, little angels)..You can press and hold a button in the tapo app to talk to them, its slightly delayed and echoy but i do not use it as it upsets the dogs more than just leaving them be, if you talk to them they are going to think you are home and get stressed out running all over the house looking for you, you just upset your dogs by doing this.I have not used night vision away from the house but i have seen it and it while being home and it seems pretty good, amazing how it can see in the dark.I do not leave them on after i get home and unplug them straight away and put them back in the cupboard. It is also good to use them even if you take your dogs with you or you don't have dogs as you can keep and eye on the house. If you want to put a memory card in them (it took me ages to realize how to do this) you need to turn the unit on and use pan/tilt, looking all the way up to the roof and the slot will become visible. You need to format the card, but you can do this after you out the card into the camera.. just pop it in, go to the settings menu and select memory card format. (I added a pic of that screen), I kept trying to format it in my laptop and the camera kept rejecting it, but worked straight away doing it in the camera.I highly recommend both the newer model Tapo (TC70) and the older Tapo (C200(EU)) as they are nearly identical and work very well.If you have found my review useful could you please click the “Helpful” button below : ) Cheers

I have both this newer model Tapo (TC70) and the older Tapo (C200(EU))

They both have AU power point plugs.

I will write about both as they are nearly identical in every way that I can see Except that i think the older model camera is slightly better, it seems a little brighter and slightly better clarity.

They are both fantastic to watch my dogs while i go shopping, i can check on them when ever i need to, the peace of mind is priceless so to spend $40-$50 on a camera to have this is amazing. I have one in the bedroom and one in the loungeroom.

Once you get them download the Tap app (I am not a tech person at all and it was pretty easy for me) Place them where you like (they are corded so you need to plug them into a power point) They are wifi which means they will talk to your router (internet) wirelessly, that Does Not mean they are wireless for electricity, you still have to plug them into a power point, no they do not take batteries.

You will need your internet password to link them up to your wifi.

They can both "pan and tilt" while you are away from home by doing this in the Tapo app (which will be on your mobile phone).
I have included pictures, see the Pan/Tilt and the circle with the arrows? that lets you go up and down, side to side. Make sure you play with this setting before you leave the house so you can set it up to pan and tilt to all areas that you would like to check when your not home.

I have not used night vision away from the house but i have seen it and it while being home and it seems pretty good, amazing how it can see in the dark.

I do not leave them on after i get home and unplug them straight away and put them back in the cupboard.

It is also good to use them even if you take your dogs with you or you don't have dogs as you can keep and eye on the house.
