When it first arrived, I had ordered the 11 piece set and two extra swivel rockers. Upon arrival it was a little overwhelming in the beginning, putting all of this together. But we’ve finally figured it out. Everything is actually in individual bags as far as the tools to use for each thing. I’m just lousy at reading diagrams lol. it was all set up. It was absolutely beautiful and I’m extremely happy with it. BUT…. The fire pit did not hold its fire. It would only go for a short time and it would shut itself off and you’d have to restart it. I contacted customer service, I didn’t hear from them for a few days so I gave them a one star rating. But I’m changing that to a five star they are sending me another fire pit for the replacement so all is good. I know things at times will have damages or things that don’t work so I try not to hold that against companies because everything has a lemon every once in a while. the only disappointment is is that I bought this mainly because of the fire pit. I’m getting ready to have a huge Christmas party for my church and I was needing the fire pit. But they did make it and sending me another one. So as long as that fire pit works well it’s all good. And the set is actually beautiful and well-made.
