We actually do love it, the ease of movement, functionality, disposing of dust from bin is a snap. The color is a pretty fuschia and definitely worth every cent. DYSON seems like a winner in this case, and I took a 3 yr warranty for them just in case. You get what you pay for 💯

This is my second one of these vacuums. The suctioning is great. You can actual see the debri on the carpet vibrating loose from the suction before vacuum gets to it. It also has a propelling forward action that helps push the vacuum on it's own. It is a bit heavy. Still a bit difficult to use on the stairs through I manage. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

This is my 2nd Dyson in 25 years of steady use. This one did darned good in reliability and vacuuming, and I was totally satisfied with it, but I wanted to purchase a new one.....another Dyson, of course! Back when I purchased my first Dyson, a popular magazine did a thorough test of 8 different brands of vacuum cleaners. They were made to vacuum everything from cat hair to dust bunnies and heavy dirt and mud. The winner of these 8 brands?.....DYSON! That convinced me to buy that brand and I couldn't be more satisfied and happier with it. Oh, an interesting footnote they had at the end of their test which they added at the end of the article said: "And after all the brands were tested, they used the Dyson to clean up the mess the other 7 brands left behind!" No one can argue with who's the best with that statement of fact.

Had high hopes because of all the positive reviews. Assembly went okay. When went to put in recline to vacuum it got stuck and when I finally did get it to recline it made a terrible clicking noise. I called Dyson support and was guided through disassembling the ball and other parts then putting it back together. Didn't fix problem. Defective machine. Returning. The further bad news I was not given the option to return to an Amazon location and have to use UPS, I received a return label via e-mail that I was instructed to print. I no longer have a printer so now I have to find the nearest UPS store that does because the neaest one to me doesn't print labels and I will need to pay a for a box and the shipping label because once assembled it no longer fits in the box it came in. I assumed that the return would be handled by Amazon and I could use an Amazon location with a text code to returrn. I called Amazon and was told this was because this was a thrid party. I hate this.
