I love Crocs but these boots were pretty narrow so I had to return them. However, the 1 star rating is not for the boots themselves but the fact that it took nearly 2 months for for me to get my refund. I was charged over $9 in restocking fees for a pair of boots I tried on immediately put back in the box and sent right back! Unbelievable!!! I have purchased boots/shoes on Amazon many times and have never ever been charged a restocking fee. Please learn from my mistake if you do not want to pay for a restocking fee for this item!
