Product Description

From Taylor: Grand Auditorium guitars from the 200 Series have always been a hit with players of all skill levels and styles, and the latest edition of the 214ce brings more of the crisp acoustic tone and smooth feel that musicians have come to expect from a Taylor. Layered Indian rosewood forms the back and sides here, with a solid Sitka spruce top that helps this guitar produce vibrant highs and a resonant, warm low end. That tonal balance makes this guitar an all purpose musical tool, versatile enough to pump out powerful cowboy chords and articulate enough to perform beautifully in more subtle styles such as flatpicking or fingerpicking. Appointments include crisp white binding, a three-ring rosette, and a Venetian cutaway for easy access to the higher notes on the fretboard. The guitar ships with ES2 electronics for organic, clean tone in amplified situations, and comes with a sturdy padded gig bag. The Taylor guitar was not set up properly. I would have taken it in to get set up because it was a nice guitar but it also arrived with a scratch. I returned the guitar and received a full refund. I feel that this was the shippers fault and not the company. The box was smashed and torn up when it arrived. I have still given 5 stars because the guitar could of been great and it’s not the sellers fault.

It's a Taylor.. what can I say. They are great sounding and great feelibg guitars. My biggest thing about a taylor is the how low the action is with smaller fingers and hands. It should great. Looks great, and plays great! Comes with a nice gig bag. Would recommend for sure! Only reason I bought through Amazon, was I did not need to leave the house.

I cant even explain how amazing this guitar sounds. Literally has a one of a kind sound to it. I have been playing for 15 years and I have played some really nice guitars, but the Taylor Grand Auditorium is by far the best sounding acoustic Ive heard and it plays great the action on the strings isnt too high, and the guitar doesn’t come out of tune too often.. if you really love making music and playing guitar, then I would highly recommend purchasing this guitar

I know that personal preferences are always different, but this one is for me! The sound is crisp and clear, and so natural to play. I see now how special it is to have a Taylor! I have a couple of other acoustic guitars that are now getting ignored. It looks nice, but no big deal. When I hold it, however, it seems to play like an out of body experience. It came with a gig bag that was nice too. Soooo, I you will excuse me, I am going to go play!

I'm very impressed with this guitar. It sounds great on its own and through my Fishman loudbox mini thanks to the onboard electronics. The neck is awesome and comfortable to play. The gig bag that shipped with it is well made too. If you're looking for a good acoustic guitar then this one won't disappoint you.
