I love this stuff. It’s a very small tube which is my only complaint. The color blends into the pencil I use to fill in my eyebrows & holds them in place all day. It is tinted but it’s not like it’s so tinted that you don’t need to use a pencil first. I don’t mind that tho. It holds amazingly. The only other product that holds my brow this well is gorilla booger hair gel for spiked hair.
