If sliders don’t align be sure to read this !
2 boxes in shipment, mine came a couple days apart due to holiday but all good, seller was very responsive and provided tracking for box #2.VERY VERY easy assembly however beware that the major part of attaching the arms may be off. The sliders did not align whatsoever and it was so annoying and I’m like how the hell will I fix this? I messaged seller but I really wanted to get in this chair. So I searched questions/comments and found out if you remove ONE of the black screws, it allows you to turn the slider as needed to get it to align WORKED LIKE A CHARM! All you will need is a Phillips screwdriver. Be sure to only remove ONE and I removed a screw from the arm not the base, it’s way easier to maneuver and easier on your back trust me.When I got pieces out of box they labeled them LEFT/RIGHT incorrectly but the picture instructions will get you right. You can tell the chair was assembled very quickly with lack of quality control but at the end it’s so worth the price and lack of hassle in assembly at home really stands out.Love my new chair I fell asleep in it lol. It has auto shutoff and a heat setting, it gets pretty warm too.I’m 5’6” 180 pounds and whole reclined my ankles touch the end of the footrest. I have about 2-3 inches of space on the sides of my hips while seated in chair. Perfect size! Don’t plan sitting in it 24/7 but I’m def curious to know how it’ll hold up. Might get a cover to protect the wear on leather as I have a very active 10 yr old at home too. Oh and the “massage” settings are more vibrating not hard rolling balls in your back like a good pedicure chair, but still strong. Worth it!

Highly recommend this product for people with back pain

I give 4-5 stars for this product. For the price, it is a very well built recliner. Easy to assemble in 15 mins. The massage is obvious helping my back's blood circulation with the heat. I was a bit skeptical about the negative review of "only vibration, no massage" from one person. But in my opinion, with many months of chiropractic and medical massage service received for my back pain (due to auto accident), my back feels hot and itch every time I use the heated massage, meaning my blood circulation was very much better. Yes, so I give five starts on the overall rating. One weakness of this chair is that due to massage bumps installed underneath the cushion, I can feel the two big bumps underneath my thighs. Back and hip area are fine with more cushions. But, thigh area have two big bumps for massage with thinner cushion. So, it is a bit uncomfortable to sit without reclining position as I feel the bumps underneath my thighs whenever I sit on it. Also, massaging is a bit loud. When you watch a quiet drama on TV, this may interrupt your concentration especially on the headrest area. It is a bit loud (not louder than other massage chairs though) for a quiet time. So, I do massage in the living room not to interrupt other family members' sleep. The ivory color looks so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My two little kids (8 and 4 years) can sit together to watch a movie. With reclining position, this is the best recliner ever. I don't feel the bumps underneath my thighs. It is just well build as a recliner. I can't wait for this winter in upstate NY with heated massage every evening after work. Also about customer service, my first order had a defect on the right arm. Very soon, the email reply and exchange was made. Very effective and the delivery was right in front of my door in a few days only. The customer representative was very responsible taking care of this exchange request promptly. I give 5 stars on easy to assemble and sturdiness after using this recliner for a few weeks so far. I give four stars on comfort just because of the two big massage bumps in thigh area. Other that that, the price, the quality, the comfort are highly satisfactory. Thanks to the company. I have no regret on the purchase. And if I happen to move to a new house in a few years, I may purchase more of these again! Ivory color again!

This chair was a great buy. Worth the money I think.
Pros--it's super soft and plush. It has cup holders and reclines pretty far back. It has many different massage modes. It has massagers that you can control in the back, lumbar, thighs, and legs (which is a vibrating massager in the part of the chair that is the footrest). I thought it was pretty cool the massager extended that far down. The chair also has pockets on the side for books, magazines, tv remote etc. The heating function is very warm. You can't adjust the heat (it's just on or off). The heat is also only limited to the back area and as far as I can tell is not in the seat and definitely not in the footrest. But it keeps me warm when my rooms is cold. I'm not sure if the heat is enough to relax muscles (it doesn't get as hot as a heating pad), but it's a comforting heat.
CONS--your body weight holds the chair in the reclined position. I weigh about 115 pounds and am 5' 3" so it's not super comfortable to kind of force by body backwards to keep the chair reclined. It's not difficult by any means but I also can't COMPLETELY relax because the chair will come back to the sitting position. There's no way to lock the chair into a reclining position. The footrest takes a bit of effort to put down but I had no problems even putting it down with my legs so this wasn't a con for me at all. My husband, who is 5' 11 and weighs around 170 didn't find the chair comfortable and he definitely looked like he needed a bigger chair.
Anyway, I think I got an excellent value and am very happy with my purchase. For 350 to get a plush, soft, massage chair, with heat, that reclines, in THIS price range was too good to pass up! It also has an expensive look to it. The design is very aesthetically pleasing.
