Takes all the ink
I use a ceicut mug press and the mug holds up great. It bublimares beautifully. Images come out so vibrant because it takes all the ink. I love these mugs and will be ordering more for an upcoming order.

ORIGINAL : I bought these mugs to complete a custom order. However, they are not sublimation mugs as advertised. After processing they are still pristine white ceramic with no ink transfer whatsoever. Not only did I waste time, money and materials on these mugs, I failed to complete the order on time. My customer won't be back.

UPDATED: I am revising my original review where I panned the mugs. Based on that review the seller reached out to me to resolve my issue with their product. They very graciously offered to do what they could to figure out why my original order did not sublimate properly. I recently tried a second case of these mugs and can honestly say they are great. I've attached pictures of several of this seller's mugs that sublimated beautifully. The best thing about my experience is the customer service provided by this seller. They came super well packaged. I just needed a few cups to finish up Christmas projects and these were perfect.

I was not expecting these cup to turn out to well. The colors came out so vibrant. I only wished they came individually boxed.

First mug done with sublimation printing. Turned out great! Easy to use. And I have ran it through the dishwasher and the colors are still so bright.! Just wish the price was a little lower.
