Smeg drip coffee maker was originally designed in Italy to bring a sleek touch of the 1950's retro style to your kitchen counter all while brewing delicious cups of coffee. Choose from one of the beautifully polished pastel colors that are all equipped with an Anti-Drip system to avoid the hassle of an extra mess. The built in side water gauge allows you to easily see the current water level in the tank while also allowing you to set the water quantity to prepare the desired number of cups. This machine allows you to brew anywhere from 4-10 cups of coffee. Fill your kitchen with the delightful scent off coffee first thing in the morning with the unique aroma function allowing you to choose between a delicate or intense setting.

Its rounded lines, chrome details and pastel colours mark it out immediately as part of the collection of small Smeg appliances, adding to the current range of products dedicated to the pleasure of coffee, such as the ECF01 espresso coffee machine and the DCF02 Americano coffee machine.With a die-cast aluminium body and conical stainless steel grinders for a homogeneous grind which preserves all the delicious coffee aromas without altering the flavour. The handy lever enables you to select the grind level in a simple and intuitive way. Indeed, there are up to 30 different levels to choose from, making it possible to get the right grain for every machine and taste: with the Smeg coffee grinder, you can obtain the perfect grind for espresso machines, moka stovetop pots, American coffee makers and French presses. The removable grinders allow for convenient, precise cleaning, and the safety system prevents the machine from being accidentally turned on if the bean container is removed from its position.So whether you want an espresso at breakfast or an Americano to sip during the afternoon, the Smeg CGF01 coffee grinder is the perfect tool for true coffee lovers.

I love the retro design of this set!
The grinder is very simple and easy to use; insert any amount of beans into the top cup, select grind, select how many cups on the dial you need and press start.
The coffee pot is also simple to use. One difficulty is there isn’t very much space inside the top flap where the water needs to be poured into the machine. I have resorted to filling up a water bottle each time to insert the water into the machine.
I like that I can select how hard/soft the water is and that I have two options for medium or strong brew.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!
