To break a Vow and (Om ‘n belofte te breek in Afrikaans) are short fictional reads. 125 Creative Writing Prompts for Petrolheads, a first in its genre (paperback and eBook), is her first collaboration with her son, Michael De Kock, automotive content writer. More of these niche writing prompts books as well as short reads are currently in process.

Fielies lives in a coastal village in the Overberg area in in South Africa with her husband and two dogs and said son in the garden cottage.
