I got this skirt last minute for a spur of the moment wedding. I am 6’ 1” but very thin so it’s hard to find maxi skirts that fit in the waist and are actually maxi. I bed up ordering a large and the length was perfect. As expected, the waist was too big but not as much as it could have been. The material is thin and stretchy, so I was able to fold the waist and pin it (hardly noticeable). I was afraid that it would be a bit see through in the sun, but surprisingly it really wasn’t. The light weight material makes it a skirt for all seasons. I love it

For $20 ish this maxi skirt is good length, good fit and good price and good print. I will wear it with a long sleeve or tank and with a cardigan can be good for going out with jewelry and some sandals or slides…it isn’t super high quality but it is only $20 and it will be a great option for hot days while still looking together and finished to walk on the beach or go out to dinner depending. Seems versatile. The bad reviews about the quality and sheerness don’t seem to be true for this pattern at least. It folds over on the waste well and even works as a tank dress as one reviewer posted. I think it is a decent option and buy for $20 ish dollars. Try one and see for yourself. I was 50/50 reading the reviews but for $20 I took the chance and am glad I did. I want a few more colors. Get one!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. One thing I do want to say is that the smallest size offered is Small and I am an XS or XXS. I bought it to wear around the house so I didn’t care if it was a little big. That being said, I ordered a Small and it was baggy around the waist, even folding the top down. But the skirt stays on with no issue and it is a comfortable fabric; light but not see thru. Also, I am 5’2 and the ability of the skirt to fold to shorten the length is a big bonus.

I have not worn it outside, but that was not my initial intention for buying it. To wear it outside as a beach dress or with something on underneath is advisable because it is NOT sheer but is slightly translucent.
