I haven't tried it, however, their description states that they are not for use with rubber weight belts. Withthis said, the weight opening measurements are 2in. by 0.125in. Hope this helps

It would all depend on what gear you’re using, wet suit thickness, salt water vs fresh water. I would rent a set from a dive shop and practice in the pool to find what weight works with you and your gear.

It’s 4pounds. I didn’t get to use mine as the slats are too narrow for a belt. It’s also hard to balance it around your body. Better to buy and use lighter multiple ones.

pretty sure they are all the same. it fits snug and don't need weight keepers.
