Sent a different brand
I have ordered herolabs many times and have been very happy with them. They work great! This last order, I was sent a box that looked very similar but a different brand and they did not work at all! Very disappointing. I hope it was just a fluke and that they haven't changed their product. I ordered again, in hopes that I receive the correct product this time.
