    Initially it was doing something means cutting a little however not effective by any means. In last few months it's not working at all, I kept thinking that "way" I an using is not correct 😕Then I tried on arm hair and nothing happened. Almost 1000 rupees went to gutter.Hope your experience was better.

    The product does what it is supposed to do. However it doesn't serve my purpose, which is to closely clip the hair on my earlobes. One of their previous models NT9110 did this perfectly. Unfortunately, it gave up after 9 years of twice weekly use and that model is no longer in production. The removable head implies that there may be a separate attachment for this purpose but I haven't seen anything on Amazon.
