I bought this for my home gym, and to help me progress to full pull-ups. I love that the pull-up bar height is adjustable, so that I can use my legs as support while I get stronger. It also fits perfectly in this spot with slanted ceiling.The station is stable and I have no issue with dead hanging from the top bar. I'm also 210lbs.I do enjoy the other features, but I don't use them as much as the pull-up bar.Anyway, I would highly suggest this for any home gym that needs pull-up bars.

This review is for the BangTong&Li Power Tower Workout Pull Up & Dip Station. Item arrived undamaged, was packaged well, and came with all components necessary to put together.

Onto the item itself. The first thing I noticed was the black powder coat or paint, seemed to be well done. There were no scratches or areas that were thin in color. All of the bolts, nuts, washers were included and accounted for. It even included a couple of wrenches. I recommend to use at least 1 ratcheting wrench (if you happen to have one) it makes assembly a lot easier. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The welding and steel frame seems good enough to support my weight.

The reason I chose the BangTong&Li Power Tower is for its close grip parallel pullup option. I just wanted a variation grip to target different muscles. Other pullup/dip stations did not have the parallel bars. So for features this BangTong&Li Power Tower met most of my needs and is overall a good pullup/dip station.

The other reasons I chose the BangTong&Li is that I wanted a small footprint, and for my current exercise needs (bodyweight exercises) is more than sufficient. One thing reviewers don't mention is the cross comparison to a power rack. And I did strongly consider a power rack, but ultimately decided on a station when I really considered the types of exercises (bodyweight) I could commit to doing regularly, the smaller footprint, and overall cost.

The downsides...
I wish the handles portions of the frame were thicker or larger in diameter. It is a very thin tube with thin plastic grips. You can see in my pictures, I added a couple of rubber grips for grip training. As mentioned in the title of this review, the station itself is not entirely stable, although I am not faulting the station completely since it could be my garage is not level. However, my recommendation to the manufacturer is to just flare out the base where the pushup handles are by 10-15 degrees like other designs. This will make the station a bit more stable and also allow proper pushup grip. I feel that the pushup handles are too close together for proper pushups.

Also, this tower when fully extended is only suited for a person about 5'10 in height. Anyone taller you will have to bend your knees for pullups.

The logo on the back pad is ugly but easily fixed (I just put black tape over it).

Overall, I fully recommend the BangTong&Li Power Tower Workout Pull Up & Dip Station. It is definitely good enough for a bodyweight push/pull workout for average height/weight individuals. For anyone taller, heavier, or wanting a more "hardcore" workout should probably go the power rack route.

The other reasons I chose the BangTong&Li is that I wanted a small footprint, and for my current exercise needs (bodyweight exercises) is more than sufficient. One thing reviewers don't mention is the cross comparison to a power rack. And I did strongly consider a power rack, but ultimately decided on a station when I really considered the types of exercises (bodyweight) I could commit to doing regularly, the smaller footprint, and overall cost.

The downsides...
I wish the handles portions of the frame were thicker or larger in diameter. It is a very thin tube with thin plastic grips. You can see in my pictures, I added a couple of rubber grips for grip training. As mentioned in the title of this review, the station itself is not entirely stable, although I am not faulting the station completely since it could be my garage is not level. However, my recommendation to the manufacturer is to just flare out the base where the pushup handles are by 10-15 degrees like other designs. This will make the station a bit more stable and also allow proper pushup grip. I feel that the pushup handles are too close together for proper pushups.

Also, this tower when fully extended is only suited for a person about 5'10 in height. Anyone taller you will have to bend your knees for pullups.

The logo on the back pad is ugly but easily fixed (I just put black tape over it).

Overall, I fully recommend the BangTong&Li Power Tower Workout Pull Up & Dip Station. It is definitely good enough for a bodyweight push/pull workout for average height/weight individuals. For anyone taller, heavier, or wanting a more "hardcore" workout should probably go the power rack route.

 Simple to assemble. I used my own tools but there were wrenches included. So comes ready to assemble out of the box.

Quality:

Good. I buttoned everything nice and tight and the station is sturdy and stable. Nothing was defective and there were a few extra pieces of hardware leftover. I double counted before assembly and double checked everything after assembly (Protip:) and it was just extra.

The station is a good fit @ 5'11" 150lbs. Compact enough to sit right behind the couch in the living room of my small aprtment as you can see in the vid. And light enough that I can easily move it around when I put furniture sliders underneath the footings.

All in all, I am satisified with my purchase. It is worth the price point if you just want something simple for calisthenics and don't want to go to the gym anymore. I have nothing negative to say about this station it's good.

Btw I read through the reviews of several pull up/dip before deciding on this particular one and one review for this one claimed the instructions say you can't do pull ups facing the back rest. That isn't true at all the instructions point out that they do not recommend it because there's a risk of hitting your shins on the base support crossbar. So yeah you can do them facing the back rest like I do just be wary of that issue.

Anyways I give a solid 5.

I LOVE THIS THING!! lots of options to work out your entire body! I use mine to hook up rubber bands also! It's easy to put together, I did it by myself! And it's not terrifying! It's a cheap (although not cheapest) multi function workout box. You can't expect this to be professional gym quality. This is like $200 while professional gym boxes are closer to $1,000 in cost.

Its pretty tough. I did an entire workout on it and it held up pretty good. I don't understand what other reviews say when they say it breaks. This is rated for 330 pounds, if you weigh more than 330 pounds, don't use it. I weigh 185 and it held up admirably for me.

Setup was pretty simple. I read that it was impossible to setup with "just one piece of paper", but I found it to be extremely simple to setup with that one piece of paper. The instructions are clear enough that if you can use a little bit of brain power, its actually almost so simple it doesn't need instructions.

I will admit, when doing pull ups on the adjustable handles, it does wobble a little, hence why I cant give it max stability. However, that goes back to this being $200 and not a $1000 machine. There's gonna be a little loss of quality, but the metal does not bend of break, so that tiny little movement in the hole is really not an issue.

Comparative to other machines sold here on Amazon, this is a far superior product for the tiny extra cost above. It looks great and it will fit in a short ceiling room due to the adjustable top. Excellent for people with low ceilings or who move around a lot and cant guarantee their ceiling height from year to year.
