I have never tried the oral collagen. I am a very picky person when it comes to oral supplements but surprisingly the flavor of this supplement was not bad at all. It taste just like my liquid Splenda. A bit sweet but not bad at all. I was looking forward to seeing changes in my sling but all I noticed was a rapid growth of my nails and hair. Took this for one month until I ran out of it. The only reason why I rated this product with 4 starts is because I didn’t notice much change in skin. Perhaps I did something wrong or didn’t drink enough water. Overall, every person’s different. What what didn’t work for me May work for others 😊.

But my lashes grew, something that hasn’t happened in more than 15 yrs!!! My nails are growing super fast as I need a refill in a week and half vs the normal 3 week span I usually experience.
