Metal attachments rusted and are now unusable
I’ve used this product a couple times over the few months I’ve had it. The last time I used it I had to soak the metal attachments in water because the dried ingredients i mixed together had dried like cement on them. When I went to scrub them, I noticed there was rust all over the attachments. Very disappointed since I can’t return them and I don’t know how to contact the seller.

For a hand mixer, this is really powerful and quite a bargain at this price. It's so much better than my old hand mixer and my frostings and batters whip together so quickly. Plus it has a handy snap-on case to store the whisk, beaters, and electrical wiring. It's affordably priced and more powerful (300 watts) than other hand mixers, especially in this price range.
The only minus point is packing looks cheap

I am an avid baker and my 25+ year-old mixer finally failed so I needed something stat while being on a VERY tight budget. This mixer has more power than I expected, but is otherwise a get-what-you-pay-for situation. The lowest setting is still pretty fast, so it wouldn't work for delicate blending, but it has no trouble tackling thick batter, mashed potatoes, etc.
The power switch has several levels plus a hold-to-pulse that I like for cleaning off the beaters, etc. However, the switch's location makes it difficult to not bump it when setting on the counter or lifting into the bowl, so I have accidentally spun batter across my counters and cabinets multiple times.
I would recommend this mixer to anyone who just needs to have a mixer sometimes, because it really is a great value. If you are a more advanced cook/baker, you might not be happy with the features and would benefit from leveling up.
