Product Description
FRICKIN' CRICKET: HIDDEN ANNOYING INSECT CHIRPING PRANK SOUND
Frickin' Cricket is suitable to prank friends, neighbors, co-workers or partners, especially those who are creeped out or really annoyed by insects. Just activate the device and let your friend find it. Or move it around from time to time to really aggravate your co-worker. Or have it nearby and pretend you don't hear it. What will YOU do? Upload your shenanigans and tag @FUNdeliveryUS.
IMPROVED design with higher quality, adhesive back, and stronger batteries
Frickin' Cricket ranks high on the scale of easy, zero damage, memorable pranks. It emits cricket chirps every 2 to 15 minutes. There are three different chirps so it is realistic. The best things are its small size, which makes it hard to find, and the relatively long periods between chirps, which makes it difficult to track down where it is coming from.
Tips for success: Flip the black switch to the on position, then press the big white face that says FUN.delivery. You will hear a chirp to indicate the device is on. (If you don't, let us know immediately for some replacement batteries.) The batteries will last for about 2-3 days if left on. You can always replace them if you need more time. Turn the black switch to off to save battery life. Contains one device, 8.3 x 4.2 x 0.9 cm and includes three 1.5V batteries (AG13) Made in China

Can you imagine letting a day go by without at least one good belly laugh? Sadly, it happened to me once, but I vowed to never let it happen again. Even deep in the throes of bad burrito, there is humor in the bottom of the toilet.

While visiting relatives, I peeled off the tape cover and stuck this under a small shelf and activated it while nobody was in the room. I was concerned about the tape holding since I put the device on the bottom of a shelf. [I didn't need to worry - see below.]
About 20 minutes later, they heard the first cricket chirps. I struggled to keep a straight face for the next two days while the "damn cricket" chirps became the main topic of conversation. At first, they figured out the general vicinity of where I placed the device. Then, one of them then began insisting the sounds were coming from the other side of the room. To add to the confusion, I suggested a possible third location. They looked behind some furniture and moved a few things around but could not locate the cricket "who must have come into the house when the door was open."
I didn't want my relatives to tear apart the house looking for the cricket after I left. Before leaving, I pressed the button to turn it off and tried to remove the device. No chance without a razor blade - the tape stuck hard to the shelf so I left the device in place but turned off. I will turn it on again next time I visit, for a few more laughs.
In 2021 I was in a bit of a mischievous stage, pranking my parents with random things. Shocking pens, mousetrap gum, etc. Well I came across this little gem and thought it would be funny for a day or two until they found it. So I order it, get it and run it to my parents house when they're at work. Don't hear anything from them about it and quickly forget I hid it.
Fast forward about 9 months..... I'm getting lunch with my father and I suddenly remember it and start laughing.
D: What's so funny?
M: Do you remember around May last year hearing a cricket in your living room for a few days?
He turned white and his face was stoic for a minute.
D: you mother%*@!
I start hysterically laughing at this point.
He elaborates by saying. Travis that didn't last a few days.
Apparently it lasted for about 5 months. 😂
It was frequent between every 15 minutes to an hour it would chirp for the first week or so and then got longer between chirps. It got so bad they completely ripped apart the living room looking for this cricket. Moved couches, tables, ripped apart the fireplace, moved the carpets.
They would sit there for an hour at a time in silence waiting for it to chirp then run over to where they thought they heard it and wait for it to chirp again 😂
They gave it a name, told my aunts and uncles about it. Had inside jokes with them about the pos cricket living for free in the living room. 😂😂😂😂
We all had a great laugh at that one. I was in tears listening to him tell me all of this.
10/10 would terrorize my family with this product again.

I've seen others say it sounds like a bird. Which certainly may be true for someone who's never seen a bird or a cricket before.
Has 3m tape on the back for more hiding opportunities. I'm thinking like, underneath the couch, stuck to the bottom so even if they look under, they won't see anything on the floor. Maybe behind a picture frame.
Realistic sounds that play randomly. The variation creates a believable prank
Also find out if your target kept lizard pets when they were younger, I found out after the fact that they hated crickets so this was super effective!
They figured it out and are now familiar with all the sounds so I decided to order this cricket one.
First off, this does not sound like a cricket at all. It sounds like a bird, the kind of bird that would eat crickets. Even after opening it and turning it in my wife asked if i heard a bird in the house.
I looked to see if a bird sound was offered by this company but they dont leaving me to wonder how this happened.
I should have gone for the smoke detector one, how could you screw up that sound.
