The bottom pad and right side of my right foot behind little toe felt bruised, sore and swollen from a lot of walking in flat bottom canvas shoes (size 10) without any arch support. Very painful and have tried to stay off foot for three days while icing and taking Tylenol. Foot X-ray showed no bone breaks. Slow healing. Just inserted these supports into shoes in picture and was able to walk comfortably without any pain or soreness. Will also use the second set in a pair of black leather slip on dress shoes that also hurt sometimes. These are a great product for my foot issue at a bargain price.

There is a difference, but not super cushiony, but the arch & heel support is definitely there. I just wish there was more cushion.

I absolutely loved the extra cushioning for my work shoes (they had non-removable insoles so I couldn't buy a full length one) that these provided & they eliminated the pain I used to have in the balls of my feet. However, be aware that these are NOT full length insoles and are meant to be added to shoes on top of the existing inserts (otherwise it won't be enough support alone). I'm a size 7.5 so it just provided enough support from my heels to the balls of my feet. If you have a larger shoe/foot size, I don't think these will be long enough to provide adequate cushioning to the balls of your feet. My toes are already dangling past it.

I had a pair of arch fit shoes that I bought for like $100 that I finally had to throw out.
I changed jobs and I’m not walking as much as I used to so I settled on a cheaper pair.

I liked the way these insoles stopped my feet from hurting. The arch is nice but it is a gel insole, so it doesn't give as much support as a rigid arch. I farm and am on my feet all day. When I run with these in my sneakers, you can really tell they are gel, it almost feels slippery. They feel really good in my hiking books, they cushion the uneven terrain and rocks. Overall these are very comfortable and do help with my foot pain.
