I LOVE this phone! I upgraded from a s5 so it has a ton of features I had to get used to. The color is great, weight is light, battery lasts a couple of days unless I'm using it heavily, charging is fast. The fingerprint scanner is not perfect, but it does work fine. I'm on Verizon & once I got a new sim card, it works great on the network. I have had people I'm talking to say that I sometimes sound like I'm on Bluetooth when I'm not but I can hear everyone perfectly. I'm really pleased with this purchase. The seller also reached out to me to make sure everything was good after I got it. I highly recommend!

I love this phone. I have never gotten a newer phone model but always opted for a cheaper few generations behind phone so this is a pretty big upgrade from my galaxy s7. I have straight talk and it worked immediately by just switching over my sim card. The phone looks sleek and fits perfectly in my smaller hands (I'm a 5'0" tall woman so my hands are tiny). I didn't want a huge phone that would feel clunky in my hands. It's the same width as the s7 but longer. The camera quality is amazing and the pictures at night come out so good. The main reason for the upgrade was needing a better camera. I have no complaints about data speeds but I'm not using the phone for anything beyond regular use. The battery life is awesome and rarely ever do I need to recharge in the middle of the day but just once at night. It also charges much faster than my old phone. The finger print scanner works amazingly and I rarely have to rescan my print. The speakers could be louder but that's really my only complaint. Get this phone!

So this phone is amazing. I've wanted one ever since it came out and got it when it was on sale for 799. Definently worth it. Love it everyday. The blue color is amazing. Every feature you get works almost perfectly, my one complaint is that I find myself charging it once or twice everyday to last all day. I am however a heavy user so I can't blame them. And the super fast charger it comes with chargers it full in about 30 minutes so its really not bad, if you charge in when you shower or are doing homework it'll last the day.

Fingerprint reader is still disappointing, but the size is refreshing after so many large phones lately. Camera isn't class leading (look to Apple or Google for that) but certainly an improvement over my OP7P. Battery is acceptable for a compact phone, even at 120Hz - better than a Pixel 4 at 90.

If you're worried about the blue being a little too "cotton candy" like, don't be - it doesn't look the same in video and pictures as it does in life. The rainbow effect requires pretty direct lighting, and the blue is extremely soft. It's much more like a white with a hint of blue, very tasteful & not too in your face. A better choice than the boring grey in my mind.

First time buying a phone from somewhere other than the main carriers. Upgraded from an S7 to the S20 5G. It has been an overall great phone.

My main concern, which was battery life, went away 100% as I was able to stuff the phone with all the apps I use (100+) and more without it dying before the end of the day. On my most heavy use days I go down to 60% battery life but most days I am around 80% at the end of the day.

I have only had TWO issues and they don't happen often at all though.

1. An app would randomly freeze and I can't do anything till it crashes. This was mostly with google chrome.
2. The fingerprint sensor would disappear when I'm about to press it to login to an app and I'll have to back out and go in again or it would disappear, come back, and not work so I would still have to back out and go in again.

But again, this rarely happened.

Overall I am happy with the purchase. Plan to keep long term (4 - 5 years) like I did with the S7.

I saved $150 buying my S20 from Amazon. I could go on about the many features this phone is packed with. You can go online explore the many reports about the S20. After owning my S20 those reports are spot on. I will talk about the new 120 refresh rate. It truly gives the S20 a fluid movement in all pages and opening apps. The battery life will and is affected using the 120 refresh rate. Everything looks sharp and true color accuracy is stunning! As I said the S20 is features packed with that said, I cannot justify the cost. My S7 when new, I feel was as fast as the S20 the difference is the S20 120 refresh rate and its camera. You can pick up a S7 for under $200 now!

Arrived SEALED, unopened.

Things included: USB-C charger of Korean plug, USB-C headphone, SIM card tray pin, screen protector (a pack of 2 but they're not dome, slightly smaller than the screen) and a charger pin converter for use in Japan.

Everything works well though I couldn't test 5G because I don't have 5G SIM. I have no complain about the phone itself.

The screen protector, I'm not sure if it's because I hadn't put it correctly or because of the phone's curvy nature, the left and right sides of it always look like there's air between and I'm already using the second piece after having the phone for roughly a week because the first piece slided a few times itself and caught dust between. There's a need to press REALLY hard on the screen for fingerprint reader after sticking screen protector.

The charger plug converter made me a little speechless. It's given free, I didn't expect much but I didn't expect it to be that hilarious too. Please refer to one of the photo attached. The pins can't fit that shape, LOL. Later I found out the Korean plug type works in Japan so it's not a big deal.

It's Korean version, hence during start-up I got panic figuring which is the correct button to switch language. Another LOL.

Phone automatically shows Korean public holidays on calendar... Still trying to find a way to get rid of it.
