I’ve been taking this product since 2020. Remember that year? I saw a doctor on the YT who said that zinc is better absorbed when taken with querceten and is vital for the immunity system. It seems to be a very consistent product. I take1 tablet daily, 5 days a week. Keeps it Affordable and I think is plenty.
