Cheap materials, broke after 1 month
the bench was pretty simple to assemble & looked really pretty in my dining room. It wasn't super-sturdy to begin with, as it is very lightweight and made of cheap materials. After about 1 week, it became "wobbly" and after a month, the legs broke off of it. The dowels actually snapped so I cant even put it back together with wood glue. If I wanted this quality, I could have gotten something for $30 at walmart...

We ordered the table that goes with these benches. The table is solid. These benches are big and the design is great aesthetically, but it could use a center support. Even if someone is sitting by themselves the bench wobbles. I wish they had just put another set of trestle legs to support the center so there would be no wobble.

I bought this product to replace our kitchen table bench. It is noticeably unsupported in the center, and not heavy enough for one person to slide off the side without tipping it. It rocks sideways. I would spend more money on a sturdier bench.

Basically it would be nice to know about the drill being part of the deal. You need a drill bit to put the legs to the table (in the instructions they say screw driver but there's no premade holes for the legs to attach to the tabletop so you would have to drill it), so until then its quite unsturdy. My drill is broken and would need to replace in order for me to use the table. Other than that a bit small but quite nice.
