This dog toothpaste works GREAT. My dog now has fresh breath and her gums and teeth are looking much better. Ad she does not tolerate tooth brushing too well, I use a sonic electric toothbrush to try to make it more effective. Some days, I just put a little on my finger and smooth it near her gums, as she tolerated that better. Per recommendation from a vet, I also use some coconut oil with a small amount of baking soda as well as a spray of propolis ( bee product) and her gums are now looking MUCH better, but I think this toothpaste has done the most to help her and reverse some gum disease. I recommend this toothpaste for dogs. Have only tried the chicken flavor, which she seems to like. No more doggy breath. Great product!

The Virbac CET poultry flavored product continues to be tolerated by our hyperactive yorkies and overall has made an observable difference in the look of their teeth by minimizing plaque build-up resulting in less inflammation. Our vet has commented that you can tell you make a concerted effort to keep your pups teeth clean especially for our little guy whose tongue (due to a recessive gene) remains somewhat exposed when he's out and about and given his overall small jaw size he's prone to accelerated plaque build-up. Great product, great seller. My only complaint, puppy toothpaste is expensive regardless of where you get it.

We keep buying this. Very recommended for one of our dogs who keeps getting a lot of tartar on her teeth. This helps keep it at bay. It doesn’t eliminate it completely but that’s likely because of the specific dog not a failure on the toothpaste. This dog is a little neurotic as she was not well socialized before we got her from a rescue. She’s not particularly friendly by she loves having her teeth brushed with this toothpaste. She sits and waits for it. I wold not recommend the poultry flavor because it smells like wet feathers. The other flavors are good.
