I was upgrading the hardrive on my MacBook Pro to an SSD and needed something to clone the new drive and eventually house the old hard drive. I bought this enclosure since it was aluminum and it was on sale. I am very happy with the product. It is compact, feels sturdy, and works great. It comes with a small screw driver for the small screws used to secure the ends and an adapter cable with USB 3.0 at both ends. The connection was quick and easy and the 2.5" HD and SSD both fit inside with no issues.. In the past couple of months I've upgraded the drives in all the computers in the house to SSDs and have bought 3 more of these enclosures. I would definitely recommend this product.
