For some reason Kyoshin Elle calls snap fasteners jumper hooks; Seiwa calls them jumper buttons.
Size 7050 snaps are larger, about 15 mm diametre. Probably equivalent to line/ligne 24.
Size 7060 snaps are smaller, about 12.5mm diametre. Probably equivalent to line/ligne 20.
I bought the Kyoshin Elle 7060 snap fastener tool, the Seiwa 7050 tool, and the Seiwa anvil.
I also bought both Kyoshin Elle and Seiwa brand snap fasteners.
These were purchased within a large order from Amazon Japan so that the shipping costs to Canada for the whole order could be spread across all the items.
These are of good quality and likely better than what Tandy sells. Because they werer within a large order the final costs to me was cheaper than buying equivalent Tandy items.
You do have to learn to hit the snaps correctly so that the post deforms in the right manner to ensure solid attachment.
