Relaxing tea
I purchased this tea for myself. I have had a hard time getting tired ,falling asleep, and staying asleep. I decided to look around for a natural tea without sugar to help me relax for I can actually get some good sleep , so when I saw this one I decided to try it and see if it does what it is supposed to do .. The tea does indeed calm you down enough so that you are able to get groggy but not necessarily fall asleep. I like to drink this tea as well as take my Alteril before going to sleep . I will usually drink the tea an hour before I take my meds , then I will attempt to go to sleep . You don’t get a lot of tea bags to be honest but if you use them wisely they are worth the price and the tea doesn’t taste bad either . If you have any stomach acid problems like me make sure to drink a lot of water with this tea because it has a tendency to mess with the stomach well maybe it’s just me . I do have a sensitive stomach but nevertheless I wanted to give a heads up just Incase .
