Best results are in DIRECT sunlight (do not face your back to the sun) and keep your face up towards the sunlight, not straight on. Otherwise the shadow cast by your features will darken your face. If you're not facing the sun, you just look like a dark silhouette.
1/50 shots turned out completely useless/black. It cost $32.90 to get 50 shots processed into prints + CDs at Walgreens. It took about a week to process them, because they had to ship them to a state with lower regulations (supposedly, processing these photos involves chemicals too dangerous for California). I loved about 75% of the photos we took, the others were just not taken in optimal lighting.
The photos are no where near as crisp as what you would get on an Iphone (later generations). But it is a great alternative for preserving memories without the cost of destroying a $1000 phone or camera in water. I am planning on putting them in a photo album. We hardly ever take pictures on our phones because we're hardly on them when we're together and we are camera shy. This gave us a good excuse to take pictures and save our memories. I would recommend it for people with a similar situation.
Also, this gave me serious nostalgia to when I was younger and my mom would capture everything on these disposables. We have probably some 30 packs of just developed photos from these disposable cameras. :) They are so fun to look back on. And there's something about being on limited film and each shot mattering. Nothing like current phones, where all the screenshots and multiple takes flood up the camera roll.

It's extremely quiet when taking the pictures which is weird since you're not sure if it's working, but it is. Also there is no flash so be aware of that.

I read reviews and make sure that before you use the cameras, to make sure that there are 27 pictures able to be taken. I saw a review that one person only got 10 and couldn’t return because it was used. So definitely make sure you double check the number of pictures that are numbered in the details
