Should I stay in this marriage or leave my husband?
The scenes from the fire at the nightclub don’t leave my mind!
My first kiss was not what I expected...
If it wasn’t for my sewing teacher, I can’t imagine how I could have survived my mother’s schizophrenia...
These and other stories were treated with EMDR Therapy and their sessions are described in this book. Find out how each one of them resolved their situation and how EMDR Therapy changed their lives!

This is a compendium of case stories that were taped and transcribed, illustrating a diversity of diagnoses as well as the speed of resolution peculiar to EMDR therapy. Although many therapists will profit from reading it, the book is an easy read for everyone interested in seeing how therapy works.

Here you will see how to avoid PTSD, the healing of phobias and fears; how to resolve dilemmas, school traumas that were overcome and finally, how to strengthen the inner resources that promote resilience. Get a cup of coffee and meet these real people who have dealt with their past!

After reading this book I was given hope that my traumatic experiences from the past could be resolved so that I may have a clear and hopeful future to look forward to. I'm glad, as always, whenever a new book from this author, especially this series, is publishes as I know it will somehow enrich me. I always make a point of recommending books from this series to anyone I know who needs deep healing in their lives.
