I bought this pan to use in my Breville Oven Pro and it fits perfectly. I guess the most use out of this for roasting pecans, reheating food even though I use heavy duty aluminum foil to reheat food sometimes liquid or oils will find an opening and spill in your oven. Well this pan solves that problem because it is a little bigger and hold more items than the stock pan Breville gives you with the oven.

Very good quality, very strong and easy to clean

The jelly roll pan is very heavy and sturdy and it works well cooking bacon. They put a partial paper down on the one pan spread the bacon out on the parchment paper and then put the other pan on top to cook perfectly flat bacon.

The pants are very heavy and sturdy.

The 10" x 15" x 1" pan is exactly the size that jelly roll recipes require. I used parchment paper, as suggested by the manufacturer. They state that grease and cooking spray should not be applied directly to the pan's corrugated surface, but wax paper, parchment paper or aluminum foil be used and those are to be greased to ensure that the baked cake comes away from the paper or foil easily. I did that and the jelly roll looked bakeshop perfect. Can't wait to make a pumpkin roll with cream cheese filling, and a buche noel/chocolate log for Christmas dessert.

This is a good quality pan. It is heavy and sturdy. I can’t comment on the durability because I didn’t use it yet. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because the size is not was it really says. I needed a pan 10x15. This one is 8,5 x13 inside. I kept it anyway because of the quality, but I had to go buy another one with the right measurements.
