CONs-No QC.1) Right flame too big even after making sim and the knob was too hard. This jet size is 61 microns where as my earlier stove's was 58, yet that was giving smaller (proper) size flame. I had to place a 6 amp fuse wire in this 58 microns jet to reduce the flame size and open the knob to lubricate it and make free.2) Frequent reverse fire. Very rarely we had this problem with our earlier stove which we used for @30 years.I ignored the -ve reviews and purchased, but now thinking I should have adhered to them.Regarding packaging:- Though all the material was intact, the gas tube fitting metallic pipe had come out of the packing by piercing it as shown in the photos herewith. That is sure to damage the adjacent item. A thermocole sheet should have been placed to avoid this.PROs- Build quality is OK, let us see how long the rubber lining between glass surface and the the upper metallic stands last. That seems to be weakest part of this piece excluding the glass.Its selling point is the decent looks and I appreciate this.Overall feeling is- Prestige has lost prestige in my heart to certain extent.
