This treadmill is perfect for someone who is just starting out. It was easy to assemble being that there are only 6 screws to put in hassle free. 98% is already together. It came with extra belt lubricant for a few months down the road also. It was slightly heavier than I imagined. Easier to carry up and down stairs once it’s out of the box and assembled. The hydraulic lift is great as it will slowly fall to the floor on its own. My first run was today and it was smooth and easy. The only other feedback I have is that I am 5’2”. So my strides are smaller than others. If you have longer legs or strides I recommend getting a longer belt. The 16” across is perfect if you are a somewhat controlled runner and can stay somewhat centered. But the 40” may be too short for those that run at high speeds and/or have longer strides. Overall, I definitely recommend.

What a great treadmill! My plan was to fold it up and store it in the corner of the room then bring it out into the middle of the room on a mat to protect the floors. I had some concerns about moving it after reading reviews. A number of people said it was too much to move before and after every use. I suppose if I was going across the house it might be different but I have no problem moving it. For reference, I’m 5’6”, about 125 lbs. Moving it really isn’t a big deal. It has wheels, thankfully, and the hydronic lift/drop is super helpful. The only complaint I have so far is that I sometimes accidentally turn it off. There’s a stop button on the left handrail and a couple times I’ve put my hand down and accidentally pressed the button. It doesn’t take a lot of force. The buttons are pretty sensitive so I just need to be more mindful. The real mistake I made was, after it was delivered, I was so excited to receive it and I ended up dragging the box into and through the house and then attempted to lift it out of the box. That was stupid. I should’ve waited for my fiancé to get home to help me. I consider myself lucky not to have broken my back. It’s heavy people. This is a sturdy, well made treadmill and therefore, it has some weight to it. After coming to terms that if I continued to try to lift it out, I would throw my back out, I decided to come up with a different plan. Instead of lifting the treadmill out of the box, I cut the box on each side which allowed me to simply slide the treadmill out of the box. Much easier! Setup was pretty quick after that. Very straightforward. The graphics on the manual could be bigger though. I’ve had lasik eye surgery and still had to squint to see which screw went into which hole. Nevertheless, it’s an easy setup. I researched for DAYS pretty much every treadmill Amazon has under $500 and finally settled on this one. We have a home gym in the granny flat but that’s mostly strength training and I need to get in some cardio. Having a treadmill in the house is much more convenient than going outside in what’s about to be freezing cold weather. This treadmill gives me everything I was looking for. I wanted the security of having handrails (in my head, it makes me feel like I won’t fall off) but I also wanted as wide and long a base as possible (again, so I feel like I won’t fall off). But I also wanted to be able to fold it up and put it out of sight. This one is perfect! No issues at all with getting too close to the back or to the edges. Love the shelf for my phone and two little cubbies that I usually have the remote and a bottle of water in. It’s not very loud. I always have the tv on and usually just increase the volume by 2 or 3. I can easily have a conversation and not have any issues hearing the other person. It doesn’t even scare the cats, which is saying something! All in all, this was a really great purchase, especially for the price! I’ve only used proper gym treadmills a couple of times but I don’t feel any real difference using this, in comparison. I highly recommend this treadmill!

I was hesitant to buy a treadmill knowing I would have to put some money in to it. This is a great treadmill for those people who are maybe like me just starting out on a treadmill.

It was simple to assemble with basically just a couple of steps out of the box. (Although it is quite heavy) Fortunately, since it is mostly put together, you can pretty much just drag the box where you want it to live.

It is much quieter than I expected. I thought for the price I would get belt squeaking noise or thunking on my linoleum floors. Oh.and i.forgot to.order a mat but it does not slip the way my recumbant bike does. And I appreciate the oversized waterborne or drink holders.

The speed can be adjusted from under 1 mile per hour to about 8 miles per hour. I honestly have not messed with any of the other settings but I know.there are programs available as well.

I think the max weight on this is like 350 lbs and I bet it would easily hold more. I bet the only issue that could be problematic is that the track is not that wide. I have heavier thighs and wide hips so I am using up that space for footing.

Overall, I am really happy with this purchase. My entire family uses it at least 3-5 times a week each.

This is a budget treadmill. I can't speak to durability, which really is the difference. If it lasts, this will be a good buy. If not, its trash.
As for the operation, set up was a snap. It says it takes two people but I did it easily by myself. I am 5'8" 155 so not big.
Once set up, it's easy to start running. The device itself is a little noisy, but not as bad once you go faster. I did 9 minute miles easily. The tread is narrow- this is a compact device. The control device is almost indecipherable- speeding up or slowing down and stopping are all that I can figure out. Don't buy this for the workout programs or raising or lowering pitch.
However, its cheap, small, and seems to work well for non-speed effort runs, for a person my size.
I am happy with this purchase, and hope the device lasts.

Based on my experience, the speed of 0.6KM/h is suitable for the elderly and children to walk slowly, 1.5KM/h is good for jogging, and 2KM/h + for running.I compared to some other brands of treadmills and found that some of these required to download and configure their own applications before using them. However, this product has digital windows to show speed, time, heart rate, distance and calories intuitively without any APP. It is convenient and no technical difficulty for all ages who want to augment their daily outside walking and jogging. It is fully functional and easy to use.I used to work out at a gym, but didn't soldier on. I hope I can keep at it this time.

This treadmill is very good for the price. It is sturdy and so quiet the walking surface is long enough for my 6' 5" husbands stride . The display is a good size. I have not tried to fold it so I cannot speak to the ease of that. It was not to complicated to put together. It was packaged very well and arrived quickly. We are extremely pleased with the purchase.
