First new music from the Oils in far too long (can it be 18 years?) yet their fast ball is still strong. But what else would you expect from a band that remains one of the best live acts you'll ever see (based on their 2017 world tour). They absolutely ooze with passion for both their music and political causes and never have the two melded so well together.

...of Midnight Oil music. If you're an Oils fan and don't have this yet, that's all you need to know. If you are and you do, you know. Thanks.

So pleasurable to have the Oils back in top form after their last couple of weak albums so many years ago. There are 4 great, vintage-sounding Oils songs on this 7 song disc. Peter's vocals are amazing, better than ever. Wasn't expecting that. Unfortunately, part of that pleasant surprise might be due to the contrast with the mediocre vocal contributions of the Oils' supporting cast. Go for the good tunes and skip the dross.

Musically, this one is a bit different than some of their older stuff, but it's a fantastic album! I especially like the message from the heart.

If you're anxiously awaiting new Midnight Oil material, this was the first release of material they had written prior to the COVID pandemic, and released just prior to the death of Bones Hillman. A must have for any fan. New CD "Resist" coming in April.

An excellent album by Midnight Oil featuring a number of First Nation singers on each of the tracks. All of the tracks are very good but the stand out track is Terror Australia featuring Alice Skye, her voice is distinctive and very beautiful, she has released a couple of albums herself which I listened to after this album. An album with a strong message.

Un minidisco, 30 minuti di assoluta bellezza. Non facile, ma conoscendo l'impegno del Gruppo verso le popolazioni Aborigene. Buona anche l'incisione.
