Nice boots but I will not put these on because they someone wear them and it has alot of defects...Udpdate...So I reached out to customer service with an quick response they was very helpful and very quick to resolve this issue. I'm so grateful that that was able to resolve the problem and they resend me out another pair of boots. When I say I really love these boots I really do. Planning on ordering the other ones. Thank you for your great customer service.

These boots are a size or a half size too big, so I would recommend sizing down either a half or full size. Also, for $60 they seem cheap. I have to wear them for a last minute work trip but if I had time I would have returned them. They have that weird insulation foam inside that feels like stuffed animal lining, and they’re plastic looking. Im going to be in rain, hopefully the zipper isn’t as cheap as the rest of them. Reason for 3 stars is that they’re comfy, so if you’re down to drop $60 for boots that look like they’re from Payless or the Dollar Tree, you’re GTG.
