This is not ammonia (which has an unmistakable smell). This is dilute vinegar (and smells like vinegar) mixed with soap. It measures at pH = 4 (acid). Ammonia is a base (pH>7). Completely false advertising.

Ammonia is a product that all households had under the kitchen sink years ago and many don't use anymore. It is an excellent item for cleaning. I plan to use in a sonic jewelry cleaner I have for some old jewelry my wife inherited.

Ammonia is great for cleaning and making your glasses really sparkle. If you have oven racks or the inside that has baked on spills, this will really help.

What I'm using mine for mostly is cleaning some spills on my carpet. A couple professional carpet cleaners told me to use ammonia, dish soap, and hydrogen peroxide for some really stubborn stains.

My sife recently spilled coffee in our living room and nothing would totally remove it. Ammonia and the other items really tackled the stain problem.

Good stuff! Glad I found it here, and was delivered in 2 days!
