Acetaminophen is an active ingredient in all TYLENOL products and in more than 600 other over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription medicines. Do not take more than one medicine containing acetaminophen at the same time.

When I say this is the adult cap I don’t mean the capsule itself but the cap on the bottle. What’s inside is Tylenol, if you are looking at this page you know what it is and no review will change your mind. Nor should it, other people’s opinions are meaningless when purchasing something that can affect your health and well-being. That is a decision only you, in consultation with your doctor, should make.What is important to know is that you save money buying the 225 count bottle. You could have saved even more with the 500 count but it seems most places have stopped selling it. An added benefit of choosing this bottle is the cap – it is designed for adults. It simply twists off with no gimmicks or safety features of any kind. That is wonderful news if you get up in the middle of the night and need to take a Tylenol or two, you don’t have to fight the bottle cap to get to it.A responsible adult who buys this product should know to keep this and all medications out of the reach of children and that is especially true if the bottle doesn’t have a safety cap or if it is the kind that converts to an easy-open.YES NO MAYBEAs a user of this brand of product my opinion of how well it works for me is of no importance to anyone reading this, that would not be a wise way to buy such a product. I can say that this size saves me money and I much prefer the simplicity of the cap.
